Shadow Dance
Silver beams of moonlight dance
Casting memories of romance.
Upon the wall the images glide
Smoky rhythms-play and hide
And gray the stillness of the heart.
Never more, two souls apart
To disappear with the rising sun
How lonely is a shadow of one.
